With a strong foundation in healthcare and health insurance, she has held pivotal roles in Portfolio and Program Management, leading initiatives across Healthcare AI, Data Science, Health Economics, and Provider Networks. Her expertise includes designing and implementing cost-of-care strategies and guiding transformative programs that improve outcomes within complex healthcare systems.

As an entrepreneur, Dr. Paula is helping launch an Employee Experience Management Platform that connects data with human insight to drive meaningful workplace change. Her work spans team development, culture-building, strategic leadership, and the practical integration of analytics into everyday organizational challenges.
